Customer Success Officer

The customer success officer is a trusted advisor building client relationships, driving product usage, and empowering teams. He/She ensures the success of the client using the product and aligns goals of stakeholders.


This is a hybrid role and requires frequent in-person collaborations at our office and client offices in Metro Manila.


About the Role:

  • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the team
  • Stay in touch with clients to ensure that they're realizing the full potential of our product
  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding
  • Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans
  • Navigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications & opportunities for partnership
  • Partner with Consulting and Product teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Attend partner training and certifications.
  • Provide a demo or presentation to the client.
  • Attend to the technical concerns of the client regarding the related product.
  • Conduct user training on how to use the product.
  • Set up and implement the business requirements and use cases of the client.
  • Create a documentation for Enterprise-level setup and implementation.


Skills Needed:

  • Can handle Enterprise clients or leads.
  • Has experience with CRM tools.
  • Must be a fast learner, confident, and well-spoken.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can build rapport and connect with your clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management skills.


Requirements:

  • This is a hybrid setup and requires you to go to the office, client meetings, or events.
  • Minimum of 2 weeks of onsite training.
  • Have a proper laptop and headset or earphones.
  • Have a stable Internet connection.
  • Have a space that is not noisy.
  • Residing in Metro Manila.

What is an SDR?

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)are inside sales representatives who focus solely on sales prospecting. Unlike sales executives (quota-carrying salespeople) who close new deals, SDRs reach out to new leads, qualify them and push them further down the sales funnel.


Role of an SDR:

SDRs reach out to potential leads, or promptly follow up with those who have inquired about your company and offerings. The three primary channels they mostly use are the phone, email and social media - in short, SDRs hit prospects in every direction, so that leads know who they are and what the product is all about. SDRs understand the prospect’s business model; analyze if your product is a good fit, and educate leads on how your solution can help solve and improve their business.

  • Research, identify, and prospect for new customers.
  • Do cold calls, emails, instant messaging.
  • Setup quality meetings and appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.

  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on sales results.


Requirements:

  • Experience with LinkedIn.
  • Work experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.


Quick Facts:

  • This is not a BPO company / position.
  • This is a full-time hybrid work position. You must have computer, headset, working area, and a stable Internet connection at home for work-at-home options.
  • There is no guaranteed schedule for remote work. You work where you are needed. There may be times where there may be multiple office days in a week.


What you will do:

  • Be able to find new business opportunities and close new deals while working from home.
  • Sell cloud-based software. You may be assigned to a product that is most suitable for you from the following: monday.com, Freshworks, Google, Microsoft, Zoom or Shopify.
  • Do online demos, present to leads online, win deals.
  • Collaborate with your team mates and support engineers that will help you win.


What you need:

  • Strong Internet connection.
  • Ability to do video calls and online meetings.
  • Ability to learn and work with a team.


What makes you the right candidate:

  • A strong passion to win.
  • Ability to work on your own at home with minimal supervision while communicating with your team online.
  • Familiarity with selling cloud-based subscription software is a plus.
  • We accept entry level applicants granting you can show interest in the work/products and can present understanding during the final interview.
  • Fast learner and willing to be trained during onboarding.
